About Neha
I have over 12 years of experience as a Naturopathic Doctor, and throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with many wonderful patients navigating complex and often challenging health concerns.
My approach has always been to look beyond individual symptoms and understand the bigger picture of a person’s health. Through naturopathic medicine, nutrition, supplementation, acupuncture, and sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, I have helped patients improve their physical health and better understand what their bodies need to feel and function at their best.
But as my practice grew, I began noticing something important.

For many of my patients, there was another piece of their health that needed attention—their mental and emotional well-being.
Stress, anxiety, work-related burnout, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, weight concerns, health anxiety, and school-related pressures were often intertwined with the physical symptoms that brought people into my office in the first place. I realized that if I truly wanted to practise holistic healthcare, I needed to be able to support both sides of that experience.
That realization led me back to school almost three years ago to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and become a Registered Psychotherapist.
Bringing naturopathic medicine and psychotherapy together has transformed the way I practise.
Today, I am able to approach health from both a physiological and psychological perspective. I can explore what may be happening physically while also considering the stress, emotions, relationships, behaviours, and life experiences that may be influencing a person’s health.
I have seen how powerful this combination can be. Sometimes improving physical health creates the capacity to work on our mental health. Other times, addressing anxiety, stress, boundaries, relationships, or long-standing patterns can have a meaningful impact on how we feel physically. Often, we need to work on both.
My experience has given me a deep appreciation for how interconnected our health really is—and the confidence to support my patients and clients from multiple areas of healthcare rather than viewing their concerns in isolation.
When you book with me, you can expect to be looked at as a whole person—not simply a collection of symptoms.
We will take the time to understand what you are experiencing, what may be contributing to it, and what matters most to you. From there, we can work collaboratively to develop an individualized approach that supports your physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle, relationships, and overall quality of life.
My goal is not simply to help you feel better in one area of your life. It is to help you better understand yourself, your health, and the connection between your mind and body, so that together we can work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
